How to Use This Template
1) Identify audience segments!
Define the key segments of your target audience. These could be based on demographics, behavior, or any other criteria that are relevant to your business.
2) Answer the questions.
For each segment, answer the questions listed in the "Questions" column. This will help you to deeply understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of each audience group.
3) Compare and contrast.
Use the completed table to compare and contrast the different segments. This will reveal insights into how you should tailor your marketing strategies, messaging, and content for each group.
